Order Placement Guideline

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please make sure to provide your email address when placing your order. If not, you will not receive your order confirmation via email. Once an order has been submitted, changes to ship to address cannot be accommodated. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

Pre-order items take within 5 to 15 business days to produce after order has been processed. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-7 business days.


Domestic Shipping Rates
Within the Dominican Republic, the shipping of your order is free.

Domestic/International Shipping Guidelines
All international orders are shipped via DHL Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 2 business day. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required. MAYLE VASQUEZ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. MAYLE VASQUEZ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. MAYLE VASQUEZ is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
